How it works
The insurer sells insurance to customers traveling abroad, after which, it transfers the data of the insured to Panzly including: full name, policy number, policy validity period and telephone number.
1. Flights details
Panzly needs to know the insured flight’s number and date.
If the insurer knows this information, he can send it to us. If not we will send an SMS and email to the insured with a link to the website with a proposal to respond with the data on their flights: number and date.
2. Insurance case
If the flight is delayed or canceled, the insured receives an SMS with a link.
The insured passes the validation process, attaches a photo of the passport and boarding pass.
An electronic application for insurance compensation is created, which is signed by the client with a simple electronic signature and will be sent to the insurer for sending out the compensation.
